Welcome to MindLink. By using our app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MindLink ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MindLink is a personal productivity app that helps users manage their mental load by capturing tasks, ideas, and thoughts, delegating to household members, and providing AI-assisted organization through Luna, our AI assistant.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using Apple Sign In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• MindLink offers a free tier and paid subscription plans ("Small Household" and "Large Household").
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (tasks, notes, ideas). By using cloud sync, you grant MindLink a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

6. AI Assistant (Luna)

Luna provides suggestions and assistance powered by AI. Responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Luna is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
