Subscription Management

To manage, change, or cancel your subscription, go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app: Settings > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

FAQ

How does cloud sync work?
Your data syncs automatically when you're signed in. Tap "Sync Now" in Settings to force a sync.


Is my data private?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and protected by row-level security. See our Privacy Policy.


Does Luna store my conversations?
Conversations are stored locally and in your private cloud account. They are never shared with third parties.
